Terms and Conditions 

The registration fee is required to secure your attendance and all of your arrangements at Sydney Valves 2026.

As part of your registration, you acknowledge that your name, hospital, state and position will be shared with 3rd party sponsors.

Refund Policy 

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled by 2 January, 2026. 
50% of ticket price refundable if cancelled by 2 February, 2026.
Non-refundable if cancelled after 3 February, 2026.
